“Your thoughts are blueprints — the universe builds what your mind designs.”
When I look back at my journey, I realize that my path to leadership began long before I even knew I was manifesting it. Years ago, I simply dreamed of becoming someone who could make a difference –“Duniya badal dengi” type, as I would say back then. I didn’t know that those innocent thoughts and intentions were quietly shaping my future. Today, as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, I see how that vision has turned into reality – a manifestation written not just in my goals, but in my heart.
As I continue to grow into this role, one of my most profound lessons has been understanding people – their emotions, their strengths, and even their imperfections. I learned to accept that not everyone will possess all the professional qualities we might expect, yet every individual holds unique potential. My role, I realized, was not to change people but to help them discover and nurture the best within themselves.

Being both a facilitator and a teacher has deepened my emotional intelligence. My students and colleagues alike have been my greatest teachers. I’ve come to see that within every adult resides a child – one who feels, dreams, and sometimes just wants to be understood. I’ve witnessed the same spark of joy in my team when an unexpected holiday is announced, reminding me that we all seek small moments of happiness amidst our responsibilities.
This journey, however, has been far from solitary. Along the way, I met a dedicated leader and beautiful soul who became my guiding light-someone who taught me, selflessly and unconditionally, what it truly means to be a leader. The understanding I gained taught me that leadership is not about authority, but about purpose, compassion, and vision.
Above all, this journey has filled me with immense gratitude-for the Almighty, for every opportunity, for our visionary leader who sees what others cannot, and for every person who has been part of this path. While most people express gratitude for the good things that happen in their professional journey, I have come to realize that even failures deserve appreciation. Some setbacks have been my greatest teachers, revealing lessons that success could never offer. They taught me resilience, patience, and humility. I have learned to embrace every experience – both triumphs and trials – as an essential part of my growth and becoming.
As I continue this journey from learner to leader, I understand that leadership is not a destination but an ongoing process of reflection, growth, and gratitude. The learning, indeed, continues.
