I’m excited to give readers a peek into the world of those whose efforts often go unnoticed, but whose impact is everywhere.

From crafting messages and juggling schedules to keeping the school running smoothly and most often heroically rescuing the printer from yet another paper jam, our team proves that efficiency and laughter go hand in hand. The Communication team sparks creativity and clarity, the Administration team keeps everything ticking like clockwork, the HR team brings heart (and occasionally mediates the last-cookie standoff in the staff room), and the Finance team keeps our numbers and our sanity on track, all with a smile.
This section gives them the chance to step into the spotlight, share their stories, and show that behind every smooth day is a team juggling a little chaos – with skill, grace, talent, and sometimes very creative problem-solving.
